With its great weather and varied landscape, Menorca: the second largest Balearic Island is a great place for your much needed holiday. As expected a lot of the menu contains fresh fish of the day, especially Lobster which is a Menorcan speciality.

Cala N Bosch, with its sparkling marina is a popular holiday destination for those travelling to Menorca. During the day much of the activity is based on the beaches where a number of water sports can be found, whilst restaurants and cafes are locate nearby for those feeling a little peckish. The marina is a great place to spend an afternoon, admiring the beautiful yachts and maybe guessing their prices! As the sun goes down the marina turns into a thriving market with henna tattoos, hair braiding and locally made souvenirs, perfect for those who got left at home. The evenings are not lively here, though a few bars can be found for a quiet drink and the restaurants are ready to offer a warm welcome and some tasty cuisine.
Cala N Forcat is one of the most popular resorts in Menorca, which is great for families but also caters to couples with a few lively bars and even a disco. During the day the activity centres around the beach with its selection of water sports. A nearby water par offers the usual thrills and spills whilst trampolining and golf is provided for those who would like to remain on dry land. As dusk approaches, visitors can enjoy a tasty meal in one of the restaurants and head over to one of the bars for a nightcap.
Cala Galdena in southern Menorca is a relaxing resort suitable for guests of all ages and tastes. For those with children to keep entertained there is a water park and a zoo, perfect for a family day out. If that all sounds like too much effort then the beach in Cala Galdena is widely considered the best in all of Menorca with gently shelving sand and beautifully calm waters. The evenings in Cala Galdena are quiet and relaxing, perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Before you hit the hay for the night walk to one of the bars in this idyllic resort and enjoy a nightcap.
